1099-INT and 1098 forms are issued based on guidelines established by the IRS layer . (For example: If your account does not receive at least $10 in interest, you won't receive a 1099-INT form.) You should review the IRS guidelines to see if they apply to your specific financial situation. Forms are mailed by the end of January and should arrive by mid-February.

If you're enrolled in Online Banking and you meet the IRS guidelines, you can find your 1099-INT form by signing in to Online Banking, selecting your deposit account and then selecting the Statements & Documents tab. You can find the exact amount of interest earned in the previous year on your deposit account by selecting the Information & Services tab.

If you meet the guidelines for receiving a 1098 form, you can log in to Online Banking, select your mortgage account and then select the Statements & Documents tab. You'll find a link to your 1098 form in the Year-end Statements section.

For other 1099 tax forms: If you have not received them by February 15, please contact us.

How do I view and print my paper statements?

You can log in to Online Banking, select your savings or mortgage account and then select the Statements & Documents tab.

How can I categorize my transactions online as tax-deductible?

To tag your transactions as tax-deductible and generate a report for tax time, log in to Online Banking and select the Transactions link from the Tools & Investing tab. You'll be able to categorize your transactions online.

How do I order paper copies of older statements?

You can order copies of statements up to 7 years old by signing in to Online Banking, selecting your account and then selecting the Statements & Documents tab.

How do I view images of canceled checks online?

You can view images of your checks as part of your online checking account statement when you go paperless. With our online statements service, we provide images of the front of your canceled checks as part of your statement—up to 10 images per page—and you receive your statements online instead of in the mail. That means you can view, print and download up to 18 months of your statements with check images at any time.

To view your online statements or go paperless, log in to Online Banking and select the Paperless settings link under the Profile & Settings tab.

How do I order a copy of a canceled check from my checking account?

Copies of canceled checks are available for up to 7 years from the date they are posted to your account.

To order check copies, log in to Online Banking and select your account, then select the Information & Services tab.

For copies of checks more than 18 months old, you will need the check number, date and amount for each check ordered.

How do I find a transaction?

To find a specific transaction in your checking or savings account history, log in to Online Banking and select your account, then select the Activity tab. The transaction search function allows you to search by keyword, amount or date. You may also select the More options link to refine your search.

How can I receive my tax refund quickly?

The quickest way to receive your refund is to have the IRS deposit the money directly into your account. The IRS will need your account's 9-digit routing number to make the deposit.

Your routing number is located on the bottom of your paper check next to your account number. You must provide the routing number for the state in which your account was opened.

You can also use our routing number tool to see the routing number for your state.

How do I find my ABA routing number?

To minimize any potential problems or errors caused by providing the inaccurate routing number for your account, we recommend that you follow the instructions above to sign-in to our website or mobile app to confirm your specific routing number, or if you are a third-party attempting to help our client, please take time to verify routing information with the account holder.

We do have a list of routing numbers for each state which can be viewed below, however please do not make assumptions. Routing numbers are based on the state in which the account was opened, therefore the number may be different than the state or region in which you or our client currently reside.
